These Terms govern your use of PickandSeek, operated by Luis Edgar da Silva Cardoso. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

Informational service

PickandSeek provides product research, comparisons and, where explicitly stated, market observations. It is not a retailer, auctioneer, broker, appraiser, financial adviser or seller. Prices, condition, availability, compatibility and specifications can change; verify every detail with the manufacturer and merchant before buying, selling or relying on it.

Third-party links and offers

Merchant, marketplace and affiliate links lead to independent services. Their prices, stock, delivery, returns, data handling and contracts are their responsibility. A displayed link is not an endorsement or guarantee. If a link is commercial, we disclose that relationship near the relevant recommendation where practical and in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal research. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape or harvest the site at a scale that harms availability, submit false data, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. The PickandSeek name, interface, original editorial material and database selection are protected by applicable law. Do not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.
